Every building you admire has a second building threaded through it, and the second one does all the work. It has its own weather, its own light, its own staff, and no photographs. Issue two walks the corridor, rides the freight elevator, and stands on the dock at four in the morning while the city takes delivery of itself. The front of house can wait.
