Every build above ships from an in-house agentic pipeline. The factory is not for sale; the work it produces is. This site is built by the same pipeline, against a live production codebase.
Constitution
Every run starts from a written design constitution: register, palette discipline, hard bans. Amended after every build, locked by the operator.
Briefs
One executable brief per site: concept, committed palette and type, signature technique, growth path. Interrogated and locked before a line is written.
Build & critique
Builder agents execute under a hostile critique loop: three passes minimum, screenshot judgment against a nine-point checklist, one deliberate upgrade per pass.
Gates & acceptance
Deterministic release gates: zero console errors, real-input scroll and keyboard probes, accessibility checks. Then the operator drives every site and rules.
